Where do you ship from?

We ship from our trusted international fulfillment centers. Your order is carefully packed and sent using reliable global couriers to ensure it arrives safely and on time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. If we’re unable to ship to your location, you’ll be notified at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days from the time they ship. During peak seasons or depending on your location, delivery may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Will I get tracking for my order?

Absolutely. After your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t receive it within 5 business days, email us at lilystorehelp@gmail.com and we’ll help.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed quickly, so we can’t always guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact us immediately after placing your order and we’ll try to help before it ships. If your order has already shipped, you can request a return once it arrives.

How do returns and refunds work?
